Dear Warrington Homeowners,

The Board of Directors and your management team wants to inform everyone that during the early morning hours of March 7, 2023, at approximately 4:00am there was a couple of individuals that drove onto the parking lot.   These individuals jumped out of their car and proceeded to remove the catalytic converters from three Toyota Prius vehicles that were parked on the lot.

Terence and I reviewed the video and unfortunately the video does not capture any identifying information on the vehicle or suspects.
