Updates for July 21st: Repaving Projects: This is the information that TCNA received at 3PM on July 20th. This information may need to change based on what happens during the work day.
8:30 AM Update you the intersection of Stoneyford and Tuscany will be closed at about 11 AM today if the cement trucks arrive on time.
No vehicles will be able to transit on Tuscany in either director or turn and go South on Stoneyford.
Tuscany Lombardy Cooperative Apts:
(1) The crew is expecting to excavate and lay concrete up to the entrance to Lombardy Apt.
(2) No one will be able to enter or leave the driveway down to the garages next to the Lombardy.
(3) Vehicles will be able to enter/exit the garage under the Esplanade of the Tuscany any time during the day.
(4) Vehicles will be able to continue to park and enter and exit on Stony Run Lane from Stoneyford all the way to the Gardens of Guilford;
(5) Vehicles will be able to transit Stoneyford from Stony Run Lane to Linkwood.
Gardens of Guilford: All vehicles will be able to enter/exit Gardens of Guilford and transit Stony Run Lane and Stoneyford going West toward Linkwood all day any time Tuesday, but not on Wednesday.
Hopkins House: All vehicles will be able to enter the garage entrances and parking lots on Stony Run Lane and exit North toward Stoneyford and then turn left on Stoneyford toward Linkwood any time Tuesday, but not on Wednesday.
Calvert Lower School: Vehicles should be able to transit in the morning during the excavation period with one lane going East or West on Tuscany with flaggers on both ends of the section from the Gardens of Guilford garages driveway through the intersection of Stoneyford and Tuscany. There may be delays however from time to time. While the crew is laying concrete, this section of Tuscany will be closed going East/West on Tuscany and South on Stoneyford. Once the concrete has harden, estimated by about 3 PM, vehicles will be able to transit East/West on Tuscany. If it hardens sooner, the crew will open Tuscany for transit sooner.
