Monday the 20th, the crew will begin excavating and laying concrete on Tuscany Road starting at about the 200 block of Tuscany Road just east of the intersection with Ridgemede, all the way down the hill to the intersection with Stoneyford Road. The barrels with no parking signs are out on Tuscany Road. While the crew is doing excavation work, one lane open WILL BE OPEN, with flaggers at each end so traffic can transit both directions with minor delays only When the crew begins pouring cement, the 200 block of Tuscany Road will be closed. Vehicles will not be able to transit on Tuscany Road either direction during this period of time. After several hours of curing, once the cement has hardened enough to support vehicles Tuscany Road will be opened. Linkwood Road is almost done. pouring concrete still needs to be finished.
