Updates July 22nd: Road Repaving
Calvert Lower School:
Vehicles will be able to transit Tuscany Road East and West freely all day but not turn and go West on Stoneyford. Stoneyford will be closed all day.
Tuscany Lombardy Cooperative Apts:
(1) The crew is expecting to excavate and lay concrete from just before the entrance to Lombardy Apts. all the way to and including the intersection of Stoneyford and Stony Run Lane, if all goes well.
(2) Vehicles will be able to enter or leave the driveway down to the garages next to the Lombardy.
(3) Vehicles will not be able to enter/exit the garage under the Esplanade of the Tuscany Apts., South to Stoneyford and right to Linkwood any time from 8 AM to 4 PM.
(4) Vehicles will be able to continue to park North of the no parking stop sign on Stony Run Lane just North of Stoneyford all the way to the Gardens of Guilford.
(5) Vehicles will not be able to transit or exit on Stoneyford from Stony Run Lane to Linkwood from 8 AM to 4 PM.
(6) If vehicles parking on Stony Run Lane North of Stoneyford must exit, they must do so by 8 AM. Otherwise it is recommended that residents park on Tuscany Road or Linkwood the night before.
(6) Please continue to vacate the 5 parking spaces in front of the Tuscany Apt. by 7:30 AM so the crew can use the spaces as a staging area.
(7) No vehicles should park on the whole length of Stoneyford Road from Tuscany Road all the way to Linkwood from 7:30 AM (not 8:30 or 9AM) unto 4:00 PM tomorrow Wednesday.
Gardens of Guilford:
(1) All vehicles will no be able to enter/exit Gardens of Guilford and transit Stony Run Lane and Stoneyford going West toward Linkwood all day from 8 AM until 4 PM.
(2) Vehicles will be free to enter/exit the Gardens of Guilford garages any time via the driveway on Tuscany Road.
(3) If vehicles must leave or enter the Gardens of Guilford after 8 AM or before 4:PM, it is recommended that residents park on Tuscany Road or Linkwood the night before.
Hopkins House: All vehicles will be able to enter/exit the garage entrances and parking lots on Stony Run Lane all day, but must exit right and South toward 39th Street carefully. No one should turn left and go North on Stony Run Lane toward Stoneyford as Stoneyford will be closed at the intersection due to excavation and concrete pouring work.
