Everyone in the Gardens of Guilford and the Tuscany Lombardy Apts will be able to transit the intersection of Stoneyford and Linkwood going left and up the hill South toward University Parkway. During the excavation period, traffic will be able to go North and South on Linkwood toward Ridgemede and Overhill, but there may be delays.
Note that once the cement truck arrives and the crew begins to pour cement, Linkwood with be closed just North of the corner of Stoneyford and Linkwood. No one will be able to transit North on Linkwood from Stoneyford toward Ridgemede and Overhill or transit South on Linkwood south of Ridgemede Apts toward University Parkway at this location.
Note that all vehicles will be able enter/exit the two Hopkins House garages any time, but must exit South up the hill to University Parkway, but not North for the time being. It is estimated that vehicles should will be able to enter and leave Tuscan Hills Apts though tomorrow any time.
