February 13: Work starts on Stony Run Lane between 39th Street and Stoneyford
Greetings everyone. TCNA just got a text from DPW Supervisor Mark Reshnet at 4:40 on February 12 that work will be restarting on Stony Run Lane, Friday the 13th at 7:00 AM. The crew will not be installing pipe but will be doing test pitting (digging test holes) in the street. Stony Run Lane will be blocked off at both ends by flaggers. Also the crew is expected to be starting at the top of the hill toward 39th Street.
It was flagged to the contractors and DPW concerning the lateness of the notice and the difficulty of getting the word out for people to move their vehicles from Stony Run Lane from 39th to Stoneyford.
TCNA has received an assurance that the crew will do their best to accommodate any parked vehicle that overstays the start time.
LET EVERYONE KNOW to be sure to move their vehicles from Stony Run Lane from 39th to Stoneyford. Also please let the balcony crew that is working on the North side of Hopkins House to not park their vehicles on Stony Run Lane.
No work will be undertaken on Monday due to the President’s Day holiday. Actual pipe laying work will begin next Tuesday the 17th at 7:00 AM on Stony Run Lane. No vehicles should be parked between 39th and Stoneyford. Also the 5 space parking lot in front of the Tuscany should also be vacated of vehicles for use as a staging area as in the past.
