December 10:  Update Water Pipe Replacement Linkwood Road

Yesterday the crew was only able to lay three  20ft pipes instead of the usual five pipes.

Today, when excavating the pavement to lay the fourth pipe the crew found a big drainage pipe running across the street from the Tuscany Apt Complex and emptying into Stony Run. They have spent much of the day excavating and installing a pipe under this drain pipe which has been challenging.

Tomorrow, December 11,  the crew will continue up Linkwood parallel to the Tuscany Apt grounds and up to and perhaps beyond the property border with the Passanno residence.

Thanks to all making sure the vehicles in the no parking signs zone have been removed.
