Beginning July 6, REPAVING WORK begins on Linkwood Road at University Parkway

The work will begin at University Parkway and will continue on Linkwood Road to Ridgemede Road until it is completed. This phase is anticipated to run through July 17. Then the work is anticipated to continue on Tuscany Road.

July 6 and July 7: 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, access for vehicles in and out of the Hopkins House Garage will be not be available.

Both sides of Linkwood will be done. The areas on the street on where there is no parking on the street will be marked by barrels. It is critical to let everyone know that there will be no parking along this section of Linkwood Road.

There will be one lane traffic with flaggers so vehicles can drive on Linkwood from north to south.

Once Linkwood Road is done, work will start on the 200 block of Tuscany Road. Then work will continue on Stoneyford Road and Stony Run Lane.

When TCNA receives more information, we will post it under Latest News on the TCNA website. It will also be sent to neighbors on individual blocks and/or condo and apartment buildings.
