Hopkins House

110 W 39th Street was originally part of Capron’s  Woodcliffe estate, also contained a magnificent house owned for a time by John C. Legg.  After his death in 1963, the house was demolished and replaced by the Hopkins House.

The Hopkins House Apartments, located at 110 W 39th St in Baltimore (near Roland Park/Homewood), is an 18-story high-rise building constructed circa 1967–1968. It cost approximately $6/5 million to build.  Known as a Gold Star Award-winning community, it offers 270 luxury units featuring balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and recent renovations, acting as a prominent residential high-rise. It has a pool and garage.
