April 30 Starting pipe work at 6 PM on the 200 Block of Tuscany
The crew will not be starting work to finalize the two tie ins on Tuscany at 8 PM on Thursday the 30th after all. He has agreed to adjust the schedule so that the crew will begin mobilizing their equipment around 6 PM. This should reduce the length of noise during the evening hours.
Please note that all vehicles will need to vacate the stretch of Tuscany Road from Ridgemede to Stoneyford by 5:30 PM on Thursday afternoon. Vehicles can park during the morning and afternoon hours up until then, but need be gone by this time or risk being towed. I would be good if no vehicles would park at least two car lengths on Stoneyford from the intersection with Tuscany Road. The barrels with no parking signs are out.
There is a water cut off schedule for Thursday evening. TCNA has been assured that only 200 Tuscany will be affected by the water cutoff. But there could be unintended consequences due to the water shut off. My opinion only, but based on previous cut offs that have occurred, and the circular water distribution system in our neighborhood, it would not be surprising that the water cut off scheduled for Thursday could possibly impact the Gardens of Guilford, especially apt complexes #3 and #5 given their proximity to Tuscany Road. Also the Lombardy could possibly be impacted by the water cut off.
