UPDATE August 3, 2026: The excavation and concrete laying phases are completed

• There will be no more street work anywhere in our neighborhood beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, August 4 through Friday, August 7.Vehicles will be able to park, exit garages and driveways, and transit anywhere as usual in our neighborhood.  Please however be careful driving in the neighborhood during this week because of the 2” gap between the concrete strip with the pavement on both sides.

• You all are probably wondering when will the pavement removal and repaving phases begin, where, and in what street order? In talking with Parham Mor, Civil Construction Engineer, a few minutes ago, he told me that it has not been decided yet when these last two phases will begin. It could be sometime during the week of August 10th and possibly start with Tuscany Road, or not. I should have a definite answer later this week and will update you all as soon as I know.

• Giving the fluidity of when and where the pavement removal and repaving phase will begin, if you have neighbors especially those who live in apartment buildings in our neighborhood who typically park on the street and are going out of town on vacation over the next few weeks, please ask them to leave their keys to their vehicles with someone they trust so that their vehicle can be parked elsewhere and not towed.
