Water Main Breaks and Repairs
February 2026: All water pipes have been replaced in the 200 block of Tuscany and all the work in the Stoneyford area. Street repaving will happen during the summer of 2026:
November 2025: 1000 feet of water pipes replaced on Stoneyford and Linkwood Roads
Old water pipes from 100 years ago have been a constant and serious problems with the pipes breaking and neighbors with water or major damage to their property. The majority of the old water pipes were replaced in 2025-2026. the pictures below show the work that took 5 months to complete. A special thanks to Councilwoman Odette Ramos in convincing the City that our streets needed to be a priority. Also special thanks to Civic Contracting Company who worked closely with the neighborhood in letting TCNA know the when, where, and what was happening each morning and at the end of the day. The Department of Public Works who coordinated the project made sure that this was finally a priority project for the City.
