March 16, 2026 Tuscany Road, 200 block – water pipe leak
The president of the Gardens of Guilford and Jack met with Ron Bailey from DPW who was sent out to check on the leak on Tuscany Road. The leak on Tuscany Road near the Ridgemede Alley was repair again on March 13. TCNA pointed out another leak near the same location is flowing underneath the sidewalk down the bank toward the Gardens of Guilford..
A work order has been issued to find out about the leak and to get it repaired. TCNA has not been told how much piping will be installed on Tuscany but DPW is acting expeditiously to resolve the issue.
