A third of Tuscany-Canterbury’s resides are Tuscany-Canterbury is home to 30% between 18 and 29. These are mainly graduate and undergraduate students at Johns Hopkins University who live in the high-rise apartment buildings in the neighborhood.
During the past decade (2011-2019) Tuscany-Canterbury’s population increased, 48% more seniors and 58% more children live in the neighborhood. The total number of children is still small, around 5%. The 18-29 age population decreased by 27%.
