Residential Permit Parking Virtual Program Information, September 2024

IMPORTANT INFORMATION July 10, 2024

The Residential Permit Parking’s (RPP) new renewal system is NOW working.

Parking Permits can be obtained by visiting the Parking Authority’s office at 211 N. Paca Street or by on-line registration.  If you have questions, contact by emailing us at rpp@bcparking.com or calling 443-573-2800 for assistance.

ALL CURRENT PERMITS WILL BE EXTENDED UNTIL AUGUST 31, 2024.

To avoid being cited, residents should NOT remove the permits from their vehicles once they expire. The permits will be honored by Parking Enforcement until August 31, 2024.

If a resident gets their windshield replaced or purchases a new vehicle within that time frame, they should visit the Parking Authority office in person or send a representative on their behalf.

ALERT: The new software requires that all documents uploaded and permits required are manually checked, verified, and approved by customer service representative before activation. All items will show as “under review” until verification is completed.
