100 West University Parkway

100 West University Parkway  – 100 University (built 1926)

By 1916 most of the original owners of Merryman’s Lott had sold their land,  but the one family member who was still an owner built 100 West on their parcel. The building was promoted as costing $1,000,000.  Its T-shape is embellished with garden courts on each side of the building.

 It is an 80-unit, brick apartment building located just steps from the Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus, the traditional high-rise property retains much of its original architectural detailing and offers convenient access to local universities, parks, and downtown.
